Waiting for Rittenhouse trial verdict: Did the Prosecutor really ask these ??????????
UPDATE: The trial continues with the defense case today.
Amazing that the judge in the Rittenhouse trial kept his cool…most of the time . How he kept his composure without laughing outloud at Prosecutor’s questions is just as amazing. Undoubtedly, the trial was one the Judge enjoyed, considering all the boring as hell trials a judge presides over.
Kyle Rittenhouse is charged with six counts , including first-degree reckless homicide related to the shootings August 25, 2020 Rittenhouse, then 17 went from his home in Antioch, Illinois, to Kenosha. He acted in self defense supporters of Kyle Rittenhouse claim:
Others, allowed to make any charges they want by social media, claim that Rittenhouse went to Kenosha to hunt and kill “anti racists”
In a most bizarre trial, the twists and turns captivated viewers. The lone surviving witness, Gaige Groskreutz. suing the city for negligence was accused of lying. The Prosecutor was accused of lying. A cop was accused of lying. The Defense was accused of distorting the facts. Video footage was shown to support both sides.
The Prosecutor star witness said he and the victims had no intention of harming Rittenhouse and were attempting to surrender.
Other witnesses claimed otherwise, as AP sums up.
Ryan Balch is a military veteran who carried an AR-style rifle that night and patrolled with Rittenhouse recalled the threats hurled at Rittenhouse:
“If I catch any of you guys alone tonight I’m going to f—- kill you!” he testified.
Another witness, videographer Richie McGinniss, described Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse and lunging for Rittenhouse’s gun. When prosecutor Thomas Binger pressed McGinniss to concede he didn’t know what Rosenbaum’s intent was, but,
“Well,” McGinniss promptly replied, “he said, `F—- you.′ And then he reached for the weapon.”
