Driving the No. 22 Pennzoil Ford Mustang in his sponsor’s entitled race, the Pennzoil 400 Presented by Jiffy Lube, Logano scored the 22nd victory of his Cup Series career in thrilling fashion by holding off his Team Penske teammate Brad Keselowski at the checkered flag.

We made good gains on our car, and at times, we had good speed. But when you’re two laps down and on a different sequence of tires than everybody else, it makes it that much tougher. There definitely weren’t enough cautions to get us caught back up.”
Brad Keselowski scored a second-place finish in the Pennzoil 400 Sunday afternoon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway behind teammate Joey Logano. The driver of the Discount Tire Ford Mustang came close to pulling off the win. On the final lap of the race, Keselowski dived under Logano between Turns 3 and 4 but couldn’t complete the pass, crossing the finish line one car length behind Logano. Keselowski claimed his second top-five in three races this season and moved up to fifth in the MENCS driver standings, 18 points behind the leader.
Camry driver Kyle Busch finished third and was the highest-finishing Toyota driver in Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
