Manchester City academy youngster Kwaku Oduroh started for Tottenham Hotspur’s under-23s on Monday night, with the teenager on trial with the North London club.
Oduroh, a right-back who is also capable of playing as a holding midfielder, has progressed through the age groups at City all the way from the Under-9 level (Man City’s official website).
The youngster captained City’s Under-18 side to the U18 Premier League title last season and he has featured 12 times for their Under-23s this campaign (Transfermarkt).
Lilywhite Rose has confirmed that Oduroh is currently having a trial at N17 and we got evidence of that on Monday, with the youngster starting for Tottenham’s Under-23s against Leeds.

Sam Greenwood scored the opening goal from the penalty spot for Leeds before the home side equalised through Jezreel Davies to come away with a point.
The result meant that Tottenham’s Under-23s have gone five matches without a win in Premier League 2.
Spurs Web Opinion
The fact that Oduroh has featured regularly for City’s Under-18s and Under-23s over the last two years, suggests that he is quite highly rated by the academy coaches at the Etihad. So, snapping up the 19-year-old could prove to be a real coup for Spurs.
