Tottenham Hotspur face Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday evening in a crunch Champions League clash in north London.
Tottenham head into the fixture on the back of a 1-0 victory against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
Antonio Conte was forced into at least one change for the Premier League match on the south coast with Matt Doherty coming in for Emerson Royal, who was serving the first of his three-match suspension following his dismissal against Arsenal.
Football.London claim that Conte is ‘likely’ to recall Emerson to his starting line up for the visit of the Bundesliga outfit.
Saturday’s fixture was Doherty’s first start for Tottenham since he suffered knee ligament damage at Aston Villa in April (Evening Standard).
Tottenham and Frankfurt both head into the Group D encounter level on points and trail leaders Sporting by two points in what could be a crucial match in deciding who qualifies for the next stage of the competition.

Doherty showed glimpses of his attacking nature on Saturday, however, Conte may feel that two games in quick succession may prove to be too soon for the Republic of Ireland international.
It seems unlikely that Conte would through Djed Spence into the side for such an important game, so it seems realistic that he will once again rely on the Brazilian to occupy the right wing-back berth.
