Journalist, Nathan Gissing, has reported that Bayern Munich have held internal conversations about including a potential buy-back clause in a deal to sign Harry Kane.
The buy-back clause would give Spurs the chance to bring Kane back to North London after two or three years for an agreed-upon fee, although the exact number is not stated.
Bayern allegedly discussed such a clause because they hope it will ‘satisfy’ Daniel Levy, with Harry Kane having already held ‘at least two rounds of positive talks’ with the German club.

Harry Kane to Bayern news is gathering pace
This comes after BILD reported that Harry’s wife, Kate, was spotted in Munich this week looking at potential houses for the family to live in.
Joe Lewis, Tottenham’s majority owner, has also allegedly ordered Daniel Levy to sell Kane for a big fee this summer if the striker refuses to sign a new contract right away (Daily Mail).
Bayern have internally discussed the idea of including a potential buy-back clause after 2-3 years in a deal for Spurs’ Harry Kane in the hope to satisfy Daniel Levy. Kane held at least two rounds of positive talks with Bayern in June.

Spurs Web Opinion:
A buy-back clause is all well and good, but it doesn’t really change anything. There is no guarantee that Kane will even want to return to Tottenham.
If he has won the Bundesliga and Champions League in the next two years, he may prefer a move to a Man City type club who are winning Premier League titles.
