I’m a size 18 and refuse to hide my wobbly belly – haters tell me to hit the gym but it won’t ruin my day
A PLUS-SIZED beauty who refuses to hide her tummy on holiday has faced cruel taunts from haters who tell her to “get a gym membership”.
Rachel Spicer, from Falkirk, regularly shares her clothing hauls and outfit choices with her 2.3 million followers on TikTok (@rachelspicer_).

The 25-year-old, a size 18, aims to help boost her followers’ self-confidence with her body positive content.
Earlier this month she jetted off to Egypt for a holiday with her boyfriend Scott.
While lying on a sun lounger in the sunshine, she held a towel over her midriff and confessed: “Wearing a low rise bikini is much more scary than people realise.”
But just seconds later she whipped it away to enjoy some sunbathing in her white bikini.
Rachel added: “I will admit that I am not confident in my body at all at the moment but I’m definitely not letting that ruin my holiday by stressing about how I look in a bikini.
“I can’t say that no one around the pool looked at me or cared that I had my belly out, you just have to say f*** it and enjoy your holiday.”
The blonde beauty’s clip has racked up 194,000 views, with her fellow curvy gals insisting she “gives them life”.
One gushed: “You look so GOOD, why can’t I convince myself I look good too?!”
A second wrote: “I felt the same way when I went on vacation too but I just reminded myself that I don’t know anyone there and there opinion don’t matter to me.”
A third added: “Your TikToks actually give me life. Don’t change. You look fabulous.”
A fourth chimed in: “Went on vacay this year in my string bikini…the tan my rolls got was exquisite, never going back.”
Meanwhile a fifth pleaded: “We need more of this.”
Rachel’s post did, however, also attract the attention of cruel trolls with one writing: “Ignore the positivity, get healthy.”
A second nasty jibe read: “Stop normalising obesity!!! Hit the gym and have a healthy life style !!! That’s not beautiful!!!”
While a third echoed: “Jesus fuck, stop eating, get a gym membership, and actually use it.”
But Rachel immediately hit back: “The amount of ‘stop eating’ comments I’ve had in the past 24 hours is not the vibe so I just wanted to remind everyone that even people with bellies deserve to eat.”
