You only need cold spoons & a grocery store oil for our anti-aging hack – you’ll end up with more youthful-looking skin
A YOUTHFUL glow can easily be obtained at home using a DIY treatment, says a skin therapist.
She shared a step-by-step guide on how to do the beauty hack for best results using a budget-friendly oil.

They have a product for every need, from breakouts and hydration to anti-aging.
However, Ryan revealed a hack that should be added to skincare regimens to defy signs of aging – and it doesn’t include a pricey beauty buy.
FACIAL MASSAGE
She recommended routinely giving yourself a face massage using coconut oil and spoons cooled in the fridge.
She said massaging the face helps drain toxins, reduce puffiness, increase circulation, and blow flow.
This makes the skin “brighter, firmer, and more youthful-looking.”
The skin therapist said the first thing to do is warm the coconut oil in your hands but keep in mind “a little goes a long way.”
After this, begin to massage your face with your hands.
“Start at the collar bone and work up along your jawline towards your ear applying firm pressure with your fingertips and knuckles along the jawline,” she said.
“Always remember to start at the bottom and work up and out for drainage.
“Step three, lightly tap along the orbital bone [eye socket] with fingertips underneath your eye to reduce puffiness and reduce dark circles.
“Work from the inner part of the eye beside your nose all the way out to your ears to flush out toxins.
“Step four, pinch along your eyebrows to release tension and stimulate the muscles to prevent sagging.”
Ryan recommended removing the coconut oil “thoroughly” using a damp warm microfibre mitt.
BUDGET BEAUTY
Pure coconut oil is available for $5.43 at Walmart.
Customers have given it a 4.2-star rating and praised how it improved their skin.
One reviewer said their skin felt “soft, silky, shiny” after use, while another gushed about it being “good value.”

According to Medical News Today, coconut oil can moisturize dry skin, reduce inflammation, and promote wound healing.
A study published in the National Library of Medicine also revealed the oil may have antibacterial properties.
It is recommended that people with sensitive or oily skin should test it on a small area of their body before applying it elsewhere to prevent a potential adverse reaction.
SKIN WIN
Ryan’s coconut facial massage comes after she revealed anti-aging steps to apply to the skin before makeup.
She recommended hydrating with a hyaluronic acid serum as the skin produces fewer natural oils with age.
The step should be followed by applying SPF.
Ella &Jo’s Plump And Protect Day Cream With SPF 30 is priced at $42 on the brand’s website.
Ryan recommended swapping powder makeup products for creamy formulas for a more youthful look.
“Cream products will help add moisture back into mature skin and are more pigmented to help cover redness or age spots that powder could not,” she said.
