Man indicted for fatal Independence Day shooting
If convicted, Clark faces 25 years to life in prison.
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was indicted on a murder charge in connection with a fatal shooting last Independence Day on Warring Avenue, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.
Lamarrio Clark, 27, is accused of shooting and killing 28-year-old Corbin Kinsey, Sr. with an illegal gun on the first block of Warring, near Genesee Street on July 4, 2023.
He is charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arrested last month.
If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison. He is being held without bail and will return to court on April 12.
