Man accused of indecent exposure at Delaware Park
He's due back in court next month.
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man has been accused of indecently exposing himself at Delaware Park, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced.
Buffalo police responded to the area of Nottingham Terrace and Meadow Road on the afternoon of March 5 after receiving a call. Chester Culverhouse, 50, was later located by police and charged with public lewdness. He was given a court appearance ticket.
Culverhouse, who was released on his own recognizance after being arraigned Tuesday, is set to return to court for a pre-trial conference on May 8.
If he's convicted of the misdemeanor charge against him, Culverhouse could spend up to 90 days in jail.
