The Center for Environmental Management and Sustainable Energy (CEMSE) has petitioned the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to investigate suspected illegal fuel dealings and possible data manipulation involving Life Energy, an Oil Marketing Company operating in Ghana.
