Keep Austin Weird

From the OP: Happened in southwest Austin, TX on the afternoon of April 16, 2018. I had right of way, cop had no lights and no sirens. You can clearly see my light was green. Had I not sped up at the last second to make it through the green it would've ended much differently, and much more tragic... :(

I see cops play around on their computers and phones all the time while driving these days. Are they above the law? What if this situation was reversed and I was the one who nearly T-boned a cop?
