The TransCanada Corporation lawsuit against US Secretary of State John Kerry will not overturn President Barack Obama’s refusal of the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, US advocacy group Greenpeace USA Researcher Jesse Coleman told Sputnik on Friday.
