Man sought in fatal shooting that also left young girl hurt
Burlington County prosecutors announced Sunday that they've filed murder and weapons charges against 26-year-old Samuel James.
Authorities say a 5-year-old girl who was in the area where the shooting occurred was injured while retreating from the gunfire but wasn't shot.
