Family asks for help for woman who threw baby in woods
Deputies charged 24-year-old Zapporah Sutton with unlawful neglect of a child, saying she told family members if she wasn't arrested, she would kill the baby and her two other children.
Sutton's family says they think she is suffering from postpartum depression and needs mental help.
