This economic evaluation examines the cost-effectiveness of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, non–high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and apolipoprotein B goals for lipid-lowering therapy in a cohort of 250 000 atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease–free and statin-eligible US adults.
