Be interested to read the minutes when they're out. Downgraded from grade F biting to Grade E "Other contrary behaviour"
Work that one out.

Doesn't Gleeson have a job coaching USA RU next year? That's how I understood it. Maybe we can tempt him out of it if things go well with the attacking structure.

Obviously I support both but I'm very much in the camp that I would cheer for Wigan against anyone in anything. I want Wigan to be the sporting capital of the world whether I watch that sport or not.
There seems to be a lot more acceptance towards this new era than I expected but you'll always have that animosity from some on both sides. It is what it is.
Great replacement for Satae, playing regularly in the NRL aswell so he's no mug.

We've been miles behind the Aussies for the past 50 years yet even when we were getting stuffed by them we managed to fill Wembley and that was Wembley with a capacity of around 90k+
We manage to get around 70k to a wet and cold Old Trafford in October. I'm sure we can do better with attendances at Wembley.

I know the weekend before last he committed an act of lunacy that cost the Dolphins the chance to win the game, Bennett was fuming. He didn’t play weekend just gone. Looks pretty good but a tad lazy, still a good signing for Hull.

I agree, and I think most will that a lot of this is OTT. It is a reaction to the lawsuit and the powers that be becoming overly cautious.
Admittedly I’ve only seen it on a small phone on a tweet but so reserve the right to retract this with a better view, the Lees tackle appeared to be very similar to the Shorrocks one, Knowles also appeared to punch Greenwood.
Under the current rules I’m very surprised all 3 didn’t get red cards and even more surprised Knowles didn’t cop a ban.

The worrying thing about the Lees Greenwood incident is that the RFL expect players to respect the referee. A person who is closest to the incident and clearly indicates and elbow to the head and sees nothing wrong with the tackle. Who also gives a yellow to a player for a classic cannonball tackle, only for the MRP to tell him he's wrong on all counts.

A red card is an extreme punishment and I think it often exceeds the crime.
Greenwood retaliated with a forearm push on Sunday after being clattered in the chops by a Saints forward. No video ref and he was wrongly given his marching orders by the referee after 28 minutes.
To play 52 minutes with only 12 men is a killer! The game is spoilt.
As a spectator I don’t want to pay good money to watch a mockery of a game.
It was the same with the Hull K R v Wigan cup semi. Was it really a red card? Читать дальше...

Very interesting conclusion from disciplinary committee. Ban for Saints player and not Greenwood! Probably says it all. Thaler got it badly wrong.
