Some big misses with Hood and Atoni from a very dominant pack.

Some players need to ramp up this week to compensate but they’ve all been very good as a forward unit so not too concerned.

As few changes as possible for me.

Croft in for Pratt.
Doyle to start at 9 with Smith on bench.
Rodwell to start for Atoni.

Tony got us playing the best RL in decades between 2010 - 2012 after turning around a great, but under performing squad. Got Lee Briers playing to the best of his ability. Delivered silverware after 18 barren years and a CC win after 35 years of waiting. Perhaps the game has moved on now, and perhaps he wasn't the best team builder and maintainer, but his place is assured in Wire folklore.

The frustrating thing is that things don't seem to be improving on the whole ticketing front. They're actually getting worse. You'd think after all the issues we've had so far, someone would be making absolutely certain the Season Tickets went out without a hitch. Clearly not the case.

I was expecting an email with access to digital tickets for myself [over 60] and my son.
Instead I received two plastic tickets in the post this morning. Seat numbers are okay but the ticket for my son shows that he is now "Over 60".

Under Hodgson, Training sessions were long, which the players didn't like.

Under Smith, they trained short sessions 3 days a week, which players treat like a jolly (Clifford's words for example).

Next coach needs to find the balance, and be supported by a experienced team of Conditioners, Physios etc. Not just some graduates from the Uni.
