Hull FC still holds a very special place in my heart. I still love the club. Even over the last couple of months, I’ve been watching games and shouting at the TV, which shows there’s still a great element of care there.

Despite the rejection of Hull I believe that should Smith get the push the next Leeds coach will be Paul Rowley. I think it's been on the cards since we signed Ackers and Croft. If Smith had started the year with the mildest of bangs it might of been different but unless he can muster a 2022 style run of wins fan pressure will force GH's hand. Despite the clubs increasinly tarnished status an ambitious English coach would still be a fool to turn the offer down. I would not be surprised if Rowley is at the club for 25 or even before.
