2-0:down after 12 mins, wigan look very good so this could be over very soon.

Watching the highlights from last night's games on sky, a few of them are using local commentators.
Derby and cardiff were clear homers and the Derby one was so biased it was embarrassing.
But for some reason we get a Cov fan doing ours and from the sound of disappointment when Bela's cross goes in you'd think his dog had died
I keep reading this thread title as bisexual commentators.
Also there’s another thread title I keep reading as Play for Today.
As you were.
Camp
Colin
Dean (I'd have Roberts)
Clarke-Salter

Sunjic
Gardner
Jude
Bela
Hogan
Juke
Subs:
Trueman
Harding
Roberts
Montero
Then? Combination of kids, Keita, Kieftenbeld?
Bloody hell, any more injuries in attacking areas and we are really up against it with such a heavy February schedule.
Gardner was MOTM v Forest
I thought he had his best game in a Blues shirt. A constant threat (end product a little lacking though).
I commented to my mate that he doesn't track back... and then saw him chase and dispossess Dabo in our box in the 113th minute!
Invariably, when Montero goes past his full back, Juke comes into the middle, but when Bela or anyone else crosses from the right, Juke is on or beyond the back post.
That's my point Someone needs to make the run round the back when Juke moves into the middle.
Anyone have the numbers on assists for Juke's goals? And how many assists from Montero in total?

FAO Brian Dick - Your article says Boyd Munce made his debut last night. Didn’t he make his debut at Portsmouth? More careless journalism from Birmingham Mail.

First of all, for those fans that ran into the Tilton....
Feckin brilliant ????
As there was originally no fans there, I presume the ref decided to hold the shootout at the neutral end (Tilton)
Then Blues won the toss, and did the usual “We’ll go first”
?
Up the Rab ????
Pep rested players due to Friday's game. I didn't agree with his decision as the FA Cup is the only competition that we've got any sort of chance in.
We won't be getting relegated.
Once we got to half time and it was obvious that we were lacking a goal threat he didn't change it and bring on Juke. Surely that's what you do when you need to score to avoid extra time. In the end we had extra time and a lot of the first team ending up playing 120 minutes when we've got a game on Friday. Читать дальше...
Absolutely
Any repeat of the trouble from the first game? My lad has just shown me some pics of Cov ripping up seats in the GM. The Cheeky tramps should be evicted.
Is that you DES?
Birmingham City are keen to give upwardly mobile youngsters from their academy opportunities with their first team - and the Spaniard is just the latest

Listening to Peter Crouch. Calls Devlin out as a two-foot tackle nutter. I loved him and knew he was committed but enjoyed hearing that. Anyone else who is an under the radar nutter?
Yeah he got sent off against Wrexham in the FA Cup one year and I always slightly resented him (and Martin Bodenham) for that. They were very beatable that day and I think the next stage was the Quarter Finals.
In a few years time, no one is ever going to write about the fluid football played by the 19/20 team and the great goals they scored.
But wasn't last night all that you wanted from a team? Sure the footy itself was often shocking, but they battled, scored equalisers in the last min of regular and extra time, then won the shoot out.
And two young prospects got a bit of game time.
Yes of course we should have beaten an L1 team easily.
Yes of course this doesn't... Читать дальше...

Brentford penalty shootout win during our run to winning our last domestic cup ????
We pocketed £180k in prize money for last night's win. That's on top of the £135k for winning the 3rd round tie.
An absolute pittance in today's footballing terms but the sums do start to get interesting after the 5th round.
For a club generating only £20m annual revenues it'd be nice to see the club take the cup seriously, not just for the glory but it's another revenue stream (trickle) nonetheless to help with P&S / FFP.

Bet Roberts enjoyed seeing him after the penalty shoot out after he pushed him and rubbed it in his face when Cov scored their 2nd!!
What started their handbags?
