As some of you will know, I promised to donate royalties from Hugging Strangers to Geoff's foundation helping to house people in Brum. Well, I got my first payment for sales in from September to November this week and I'm glad to report that I've just put £450 into the foundation's account.

Drove past Stans today expecting to see massive amounts of work, sweat and endeavour plus a shed load of building, digging surveying equipment being used to ensure the Kop and Tilton Road is fit for purpose in August when we all return in our thousands.
Reality absolutely nothing at all.
Any more information on what the problems are with the Kop and Tilton. (Not speculation please) Hard facts.

Recording/taking images of any thing or person in public is legal except government buildings, schools, playgrounds etc. As someone posted earlier taking voyeuristic images (mainly upskirts) also became illegal about two/three years ago. It is when you publish/broadcast for commercial reasons then consent is required.

There are quite a few videos on YouTube, reddit and other platforms with videoed disputes where the person on camera says "you have no right to film me" only for plod to turn up and say yes they do. Читать дальше...
