This is what's annoyed me regarding Bowyer. If you want to play such a technical system, you have to sign the right players. If you can't sign the right players because the club is financially limited, then you must play a system that works with what you have. What you shouldn't do is play the fantasy of your preferred system with players that don't suit it.
