I have a blender and throw a smoothie together every morning, have done for 3 mths, takes 5 mins. Base ingredients are mixture of 5/7 fruits (all with skins) and add in chia seeds, linseed, fresh ginger, nuts, even garlic occasionally. Top up half with water and knock it back.
They very rarely taste 'nice' but have felt the benefit, skins better and digestion improved.
Food bill has gone up though.
