Three individuals, including a minor boy, lost their lives in a hit-and-run incident on the Kanpur-Sagar highway in Hamirpur district during the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday. The UCCC integrates public safety elements such as incident management, emergency response system, criminal tracking, and official record management. It also includes surveillance features like facial recognition, video summarization, crowd estimation, and detection of abandoned objects.
