According to an article in today's Daily Mirror, Toulouse Coach, Matty Russell, is urging the Rugby League to not allow any relegation this season. He states that he thinks newly promoted teams need at least two seasons to consolidate. I can see that he has a valid point, but don't recall him urging the powers to be on this matter at the beginning of the season. I share Leyther's sentiments entirely. An absolutely bang-on summation of Stone's contribution. He will be missed.

If he does go, then I did feel that he was just the wrong side of the keep/release line. This is not his fault at all. I just think that it demonstrates the tremendous quality of the overseas signings that we have had this season and the quality of those that we must retain. Well with the rumours of potential new players coming in for next season and on the Halifax town forum suggestions we could be taken over by a nrl club which could of course be a wind up or not we have a game on sunday. Newcastle have not scored a point in there last 2 games and will be hoping next season is a lot better then this one as been for them. I can only see a big win for us on sunday i will go for a score of 50-6 for fax.
