MC has confirmed the 9 definitely leaving. There are still some out of contact players who may not be retained. Whitbread has got to be the number one retention. The jury seems to be still out on Pitts Evans and Croft. Hopefully Lineman can be offloaded . We desperately need an organising half. plus 2 props and a loose forward . Apparently we are trying to agree terms with Shaul. We already have Bowden Butler and Tafua . We have 3 quota places. Looks like we are waiting until the World Cup before filling those spots. Not sure where we are with our tenancy fees (never seems to be good news, does it?) but you have to think the energy cost crisis will be having a major impact on many sporting clubs as referenced in the link above. Could be that moving out of a standalone centre at County Road to shared facilities with the university could help mitigate utility cost increases somewhat? Hopefully our share of costs is manageable.

Just been reading your posts on another site regarding your Wardle rumour. It seems Russell Grant appears to have stolen your rumour and taken all the credit for it all in the same thread. That's a new one. Getting a bit brazen ain't he.

Just caught up on the Adrian Vowles one.
Very interesting story but very powerful too. Worth a listen.

Firstly, you need to settle yourself down and debate the point rather than get personal. Without wishing to accuse you of likewise saying something stupid, my post was based on an earlier post in the thread and my post was partly a progression on this:

The club may have approached these coaches you mentioned, but may have been unsuccessful. A question: have any successful NRL coaches switched to Superleague. Читать дальше...

You could probably play your reserves on Friday with the ref being one of your ex academy players.

Would it be worth resigning him?
As Toulouse has been relegated he will now be a free agent and I know Watson thinks very highly of him.
We will be short in the halves next season and beyond at fullback when pryce moves on to the NRL. Bott at fullback means tui could move into the halves if needed- and bott is certainly getting plaudits from other teams fans who are starting to notice him. A bit more speed in the team would be nice!

Austin and Fusitua out for Cas and possibly beyond by the sounds. Let's hope the the likes of Smith, Donaldson and Thompson are in the reckoning. He seemed to indicate not, but he plays his cards close to his chest.

Hwan offer turned down. Gakpo is now major target. Southampton want him too. Looks like a shoot out between us for him. Need to get it done. can play anywhere across the front 3. Good player

Amor's a good professional, maybe not top notch, but a sound player. The trouble is he was playing with one of the most professional and successful clubs in SL for most of his career, little wonder then he became p*ssed off with the attitude at Wire.

Crowther is an excellent defender. Which is great for a starting 13.
Unfortunately he is not a great metre maker.
Personally, I'd like to spend money on a 13 that has a running game, while Crowther develops further. Like we intended when we signed Westerman.
