What we don't know (and never have) is what niggles / knocks players are carrying - this may have something to do with the changes in match day squad / team we've seen. The games are coming thick and fast so careful management of players is required.
Regarding formation - we'll all title winning managers from our seats! What does bother me is when an opposition player is given the freedom of St As to run 40 yds towards our goal with no serious challenge. It was the same last season against... Читать дальше...
He just said he thought that one was more of a pen than the first one, sorry????
He plays for Charlton and AFC Wimbledon according to that.
I think that's handball, I don't care what any of you say.
He's a long way from the ball and he stopped it getting into the box.
Missed it anyway.
Latest Birmingham City transfer news as Bristol City, Derby County and Huddersfield Town target Joe Pigott, of AFC Wimbledon, is linked with a move to Blues ahead of January

Bet Liverpool will get a penalty.
Before my time but amazed to learn he scored 214 first division goals. Was he a good signing for the Blues? Was he a quality player or more of a poacher?
Suppose you can't really score more than 200 league goals and not be a quality player.

Samways we were gazumped by Wolves originally. There was a rather negative article in the programme for the match after he had gone to Molineux. Which was not issued because of a postponement.
Brady being Brady, she kept the stock for use at the rearranged match and had printed a cover sheet with team updates for when the match took place. A few months later. By which time Samways had signed for us. Totes awks.
Surprised there's not been a thread about him yet, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the defence and particularly the decision-making has shown shades of last season, without Friend back there.
He looked good whilst in the team at both LCB and LB, but it's probably highlighted even more so now he's out the team, just how effective he's been in a short period of time.
Has anyone read any indications of when he's back?
With them both being left footed I doubt they will be in the same team unless we play a back 3.
Currently watching Albion vs Spurs & wished we had a forward with the mobility & hold up play of Karlan Grant.
We’ve needed one for years, why haven’t any of our recent managers managed to bring one in?
What we should be looking for is a striker who can help out the team when we don't have the ball and doesn't need someone alongside of him with the speed or strength he doesn't have.
So that we don't lose 1:3 with 30% possession while the defenders of said player say "but he scored!"
No point in a striker netting a dozen goals a season if we lose 70% of the games he plays in because we don't have the ball for 70 minutes.
Statistics can make a monkey out of ya.
On Paddy Power
Progress to 2nd round of FA Cup after winning 3-2 at Scunthorpe, with two penalties from Stephen Gleeson and one from Krystian Pearce.
Birmingham City were well-beaten by a strong Bournemouth team at St Andrew's but the match was not without a few positives - this is what stood out

Who’s having what?
Will miss Remembrance service but will do the live stream thing.
Then Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs here in the BlueNation. Will also suggest to Mrs BlueNation that we open a bottle of Cremant, partly to take away the taste of a poor week from Blues, but also why not?
Brown toast, scrambled egg, beans & turkey rashers.
Birmingham City go into the international break on the back of consecutive home defeats, the latest against a slick Bournemouth side who won 3-1 at St Andrew's

Has anyone ever seen such a complete idiot ?
98th minutes penalty ... missed
Any other job you'd be sacked on the spot for a gaff as costly as that. Even if it comes off it's honestly just crap.
I downt geddit I downt.
Who remembers the grass bank away at Wigan.
If I remember right one win needed to win the league but Blues being Blues we lost the last 3 games but still got promoted.
I went to all 3 games...
Name the away games ...
I remember the home fans moving along the open terrace towards the way they was attacking, very rugby like I thought.
Great days following Blues and we had a great day doing gambols down the grass bank to entertain ourselves.
