Leeds Rhinos • 2022 I Scholarship
16s poor tonight. Lost 28-18 at Headingley to Warrington.
Indisciplined and too many errors again.

The Scholarship boys have been on fire this evening, beating Hull FC 58-14.
Good signs of a positive culture at the club, beyond the obviously impressive result.

Taylor-Rae absolutely superb tonight, how on earth we missed out on an east Leeds lad I’ll never know.
Do like the look of Mcewan-Peters though.

You're right but I swear it did say 2023 originally - must have been a typo. That is terrific news - he must be happier to be at Wigan than he sometimes looks (some people just have a good poker face).

Yeah. I have no reason to believe RL players behave any different from none RL players from the socio economic class from which they are drawn or other RL players at other teams.
Just putting the "spitting" into perspective. We have recruited and retained players with far worse track records.
Only others I can think of is Kirk or olbison

I was quite saddened on reading about this development. Potter was the best tackler I have ever seen, bar none. In the 1980's he was our 'brick wall' in the middle, a mantle that was taken over by Mick Cassidy later. This illness has devastating effects on people. So sad.

Well, yeah, that's why I wasn't sure if it was legal anyway. And I don't think it always happens because the ball-carrier grabs the tackler's shirt, as psb says. Is that really that common anyway?

Dodgy risking Marshall if it is his hamstring, risk losing him long term if it goes pop on Sunday plus we're risking losing an interchange and probably seeing a 3/4 line reshuffle in a must win match

Agreed, that should be enough to get Shropshire wire a job as head of our marketing department. In fact it probably means he would be a better CEO for us than the current incumbent.

A decent promotion job gave Newcastle a very healthy 1835 attendance for a Monday night Championship game that was on TV.
Well done to Newcastle and the Widnes fans that travelled when they could have been sat at home by themselves with the curtains drawn watching Emma Jones on Premier sports like me.
