Sneyd stopped being our match winner last season, i think the club may have just discovered when to release a player at the correct time.

It sounds like Rocky is financially secure and not in a rush to be forced into a move that he doesn't want to make, ie out of the top flight.

We have seen players in the past make the drop down and come back to have good SL careers but it doesn't seem he wants to, or needs to follow that path just yet.

If he is out of the game for a full season I would think his main route back in would be to drop down, however I think at the moment he is probably comfortable by the sounds of it sitting... Читать дальше...

According to the Office for National Statistics, approximately 665,000 deaths were registered in the UK in 2021.

That is nearly 25,000 fewer than the year before, but still about 10% higher than the average seen in the five years before the pandemic.

Got my ticket for the Fev game, always enjoy visiting there and will be interesting to see how some of the youngsters go, especially if they are playing alongside some more experienced players.

Just had a read of the article on Cull. It’s easy to forget the influence he had off the field for the club: The move to the Wolf-themed marketing, the creation of the Wolf Pack to help grow our future fan base. The designing of some of our most well-known jerseys.

Interesting interview with JK after the game in which he said they'd trained hard up to the game. Really pleased with Wallace and spoke about Batley's fluency and confidence as something which comes with familiarity. Patton is being given the freedom to express himself, so fingers crossed we're going to play a bit more offload/2nd phase, slightly wider game. Fantastic skill from Walker for Crossley's try. LCC will be introducing something similar in Leeds city centre. Although, EVs will be excluded from any charge.
It's only a matter of time before most major cities introduce something similar

Why do we not learn from past mistakes, Why do we run with 3 or 4 hookers and only 2 halves, same stories every sodding season, and cover ups with players injuries, might be better run by good old boris Johnson hahaha, atleast you know when he is lying lol

I think there are a few sides that are nothing special, a lot depends on momentum and injuries. Additionally with an almost entirely new team it is how quickly they gel. The string of away games over the summer may have a negative impact on our momentum. It does feel a bit like it could be a win one, lose one type season.
The difference this year is whilst the top 2 sides are in a different league to us, teams like Halifax and Bradford now look a bit too good for us as well. Читать дальше...
