Sponsorship is either about vanity or promotion.
I doubt there's been a shirt sponsor in my 22 years who's been the latter......but it speaks volumes that we've run out of supporters who.own firms that they can stick on the shirt to make themselves feel like Branson.
I'd like us to do a contract with Metro or the Standard.....give them a stand on match day in return for the shirt....at least try to fill the place.

there was a link posted on the Warriors fans forum and it doesnt look good across the board to be honest with all clubs making a significant loss (bar Wakey)

i'm guessing the downsizing of the Sky TV contract had an impact as well as Covid, but i dont think the clubs can sustain losses at those levels over the next couple of years. now Post covid the clubs will need to get fans back into the grounds in good numbers and a renegotiated TV deal which is better all round for the sport

I have to say that my high hopes when Macron took over have yet to be realised in match or training kit.

Prices are sky high and the stuff not that nice.

The one think I did invest in was a 1/4 zip from Down Under Leisure in the end of season sale. That was pretty decent but nothing else has tickled my wallet. Blame the cost of living crisis I say.
