I'm not keen on that one. McIllorum can easily do the 80, there should be no reason to play players out of position in a world cup unless there is an injury in the match.

At his best he was excellent for us and was key to two of the greatest days in the club's history but we have moved on and so has he. I'm not convinced we would have been much better with him last season.

I agree with Dave, been guilty of tying up big chunks of cap space and quota spots on wingers in the past.

Swift is more than decent, and McIntosh will hopefully kick on. Also happy to see how the younger players develop there, and give them a chance.

That`s spot on Tad and to be fair an improvement on how we played against the top clubs when Bielsa was in charge towards the end of his tenure.
JM needs to find a way of beating other teams who sit back and pump the ball over the top of our pressing system.

Seen nothing yet from Wakeham to suggest he’s worth signing. Decent kicking game but other than that he’s not sold himself so far.

From the group games I think King looks short of a yard of pace which is concerning.

Bateman KPP and Cooper hard to say yesterday against Greece. All went ok but who wouldn’t against that standard of opposition. KPP missing the tackle for the try will not have gone down well.

Looking forward to watching Miski again today.

Really entertaining player and wasted as a back up winger. Should definitely be playing SL with someone.
