When you look at the line-ups and players available in tonight's Saints v Cats game I realise how far we have fallen behind them in the last few years.

Was just having a look on the web site to see which games I could make and buy some hospitality for.
Clicking on the fixture list I was hyperlinked to the complete superleague fixture list, thought I d dig a bit further and remarkably on the eve of a new season there are 2 whole pages of articles on various aspects of the ladies team, and nothing until you get to a piece on Mark Applegarth about the mens senior team.

Can anyone help me out here... often when I see crowd pictures posted on Wire's social media, I see a number of fans wearing primrose and blue bucket hats with the original 1990's wolf badge. At £20 for every single home game for the First Team, Reserves, Academy, Scholarship and Ladies, they will be entitled to attend somewhere in the region of 45 games, making it less than £2 on average to attend.

Just finished listening to this and I think he came across really well. Places a lot of emphasis on teamwork and the players wanting to go into training and looking forward to playing.
Quietly confident that this is the start of a good few years as a Wigan fan. Squad looks quite strong and think were in the right hands after the Lam era.
