On twitter the club are alluding to a new signing tomorrow. Comes with a GIF of Tom Jones. So either they're Welsh or they got the spelling wrong & mean there'll be new singing tomorrow. Leave you to decide.

I just hope that the players are as fired up as some of the fans it will be a cracking game if they are. I may have written off our chances at the start of the week but i am just starting to fancy us grabbing a close win by a couple of points. However if we do get to the end of march without winning any more games then of course simon should be under pressure that is what he is paid for. We can not rely on going on a 10 match wining run every season to get in the playoffs.

Agree Seth getting his excuses in early.
On another note Myler out for 10 weeks so back mid May.
Was there any mention of Fusitua`s absence tonight?

So Russia has done what Western intelligence agencies have been saying he'd do for weeks and launched a full invasion of Ukraine. Putin continues to prove he's an imperialist fascist (this word is overused nowadays, but I feel it's an accurate depiction of Putin) dictator with a warped view of history. Yet, apologists on both sides still make excuses for his actions.
Our politicians talk a big game, but will they be willing to go further and put the squeeze on the UK based Russian oligarchs and their assets? Читать дальше...
Army Dave did well for the Army Union side yesterday.
Played centre and scored a try early on.
Video here. He's 13 in red

Home advantage, a bit of confidence from last week's game.
Thoughts on a win?
As every season with CC a win is what we need for the team, but is progressing into next round and possibly facing much stronger opposition worth it?
Defensively I reckon we will be ok against Bradford, we need to post points to show we can score.
My prediction, a loss by one score, something like 12-18 hope am proved wrong

I don't think anyone is suggesting we could have 6 top flight props. But 4 decent ones plus a couple of others who are actual props rather than second rowers isn't impossible. I certainly don't believe that King last year or retaining Thompson this year were the only options available at a decent price for a short-term contract had we made additional props a priority.
Recruitment and selection since Agar took over suggests he simply doesn't believe as much as I do in prop-sized props. Читать дальше...

Back to my original question; do we not have rules in place for this (unsportsmanlike behaviour or something similar)? It seems a major oversight if not as it is harmful to the game and, perhaps just as importantly, to the whole point of clamping down on dangerous play. If players are going to play for this sort of thing then surely it devalues the genuine instances and makes it difficult to properly police them?
