To be honest, I wouldn’t have put money on him signing for us when the rumours came out. You’d think it was all just for negotiating a higher salary at Wigan.

Have to say though, he seems really happy and settled here, and I think he’s enjoying the prospect of being allowed to express himself under Powell. That short dink of a kick to Charnley last week was far harder than it looked.

I want us to do well against Saints, but I am a realist, we just cannot match their play at their speed in attack or defence especially for 80 minutes, we also do not have the concentration & still make silly errors.
Therefore I am afraid of a big score of saints on Friday night ??????
However, I would love to be proved wrong & would gladly accept being wrong, but again I am a realistq.

I am not saying it is inconceivable but I agree he is a better option as starting prop. Ideally Havard joins Mago on the bench and we should see a rea change in the game if we can get that rotation functioning and fit.

I'd broadly agree with that, and add that I think the refs in the NRL are a bit more up to speed with milking, and I hope SL refs start to behave in the same way, for the benefit of the game.

Saints are miles ahead of everyone Shabs. Their line speed and defence means they rarely concede 10 points, i know their was plenty on here who thought we could go toe to toe at with them at the start of the year. I never once thought that.

We can challenge for top 4 tho, like you say injuries and suspensions are key and so far they arent looking good.
