One thing we have to factor in with the NRL is there will be a brand new team in there in 12 months time and they’re going to need 25 players. That doesn’t automatically mean Superleague teams losing players to them but they could feel a knock on effect of spots opening up at other clubs down under.

Looks like Gale is wearing Cuban heels in that first picture.

No surprises here Derek , well maybe Nisbet in the second row , but Lammy must feel the lad is capable ,and he does has some size , I thought Ipape might be given time to acclimatise , but again Lammy knows what he’s doing .
I think the last time we played at York we lost 7-6 ,in similar wet condition ,at Bootham Crescent,I’ve said previous I expect a very close tight game ,Leigh by 6.

Going back to Miller a bit here.
Miller always gives 10000% and never 1% short. For effort and commitment he’s fabulous.
I feel though that he try’s to play at 100 mph all the time and this is what let’s his game down.
Take Walker for example, he seems to have an age with the ball because he stands a bit deeper and seems to take his time when looking for the right play. Miller would benefit from just slowing down a little and looking at his options.
He’s great off the... Читать дальше...

It’s lovely to have you here and everything but maybe just concentrate on your own clubs quest to end that near 70 year wait to win the title.

It will be interesting to see how the Disciplinary Panel deal with this incident.
Gale should receive a hefty match ban. I don`t recall ever seeing a Rugby League player lead with his studs raised like that, in all the time I have been watching the game.

Listen on the pitch Ok maybe we can survive but it’s gone 9 on match day.The whole whole raision d’etre of the club is the game whether it’s Friday, Saturday or Sunday and neither the website or the Twitter feed has the score of the match. I mean WTF. Let’s just give it a rest and reflect over the rest of the weekend on where we are.
Do you mean performance enhancing or recreational? If you mean the latter I don’t think that’s any more widespread in RL than in society in general.

Is there any update on Liams injury ? It looked a bad injury for any player to get but a major ball distributor he could be a while out. However I think we have a bit of cover in Liam Kay , who for me is the one of the better players we have , as he can cover so many positions without any fuss. Also Brad Walker is an able stand in at hooker.

As a Wakey player WP never left anything Inthe pitch. Looks like his coaching going to be the same. I am really optimistic going forward that the culture is in change at the club. The rewards are coming through the Academy clraly on show last night. This might be a transition season for the team and the stadium but the horizon is looking bright.

For anyone who was going to go today the game has been postponed. I presume it's weather related.

Johnny drove over, wanted no expenses nor fee and donated a gallon bottle of whisky for the raffle. Читать дальше...
