Adam Hills did seem to sound like the highlights had been sprung on him. Again, this is where Sky's decades of experience is at an advantage. Their highlights montages would have been supplied with over-dubbed commentary.

Have to admit, really enjoyed it, as very well balanced and not the Sky muppets 'Saints love in'.
Commentary was spot on, not too 'technical' and anything that was, was explained. Thought Kyle Amor was excellent.
Punditry was also a breath of fresh air, and Hills did a great job pulling it all together.
Spoke with my Brother who lives down South and watched it (not a RL follower), but said he really enjoyed it.
Hopefully the Ch4 coverage will bring more to the game

If last years rumour was true and we had Andrew Fifitas signed up only to lose him to that horrendous injury then I wonder if that can be reignited now that he’s shown himself to be fully recovered and 100% fit to play.
He’s played big minutes in this mornings Indigenous All Stars match and has been quality throughout.
He would make the pack look a whole lot more formidable

Have to calm expectations with it being first game and a bit rusty, however Saints didn't show any signs of not having timing or communication break downs
