Is Steve Parkin doing anything nowadays.
He's not without a bob or two, I believe

Can't see why a game in France should be called off. Going to be a nightmare if we have to go back to France again. What's that now? About 5 times in a couple of months? Can't see why sport here should be off either TBH. Have a minutes silence and then crack on! As sad as it is she was 96! There'll be crocodile tears from Piers Morgan before he undoubtedly has a pop at Harry's missus for not looking sad enough or wearing an inappropriate hat or something! I was categorically told by the ex Hull FC player that Tony Smith would be the head coach of Hull FC and that he would be replacing Brett Hodgson way back in June?
Surely too much of a coincidence?

Matthew Shaw is reporting on Yorkshire Live that we are close to securing Jacob Gannon for 2023. The report says he a 20 yr old prop from Warrington, who has recently been on loan with Bradford. Anyone got any knowledge on him as I don’t know anything about him outside of the info in the press release which suggests he is a strong future prospect.

Seems somehow fitting that these 2 should both be retiring at the end of the season- probably contributed more to the success Fax have enjoyed over the last 10 years than any other players. Both very skilful at championship level, but perhaps just as important they were always the most committed and enthusiastic players on the field, always leading by example.

Not sure about "once more into the breach...." but you may be right BT. However given the last couple of efforts, can't help thinking it might be a little more "cannon to the right of them, cannon to the left of them....". Let's hope we can put this season to bed with a win & move on.

Gannon signing for Leigh so no chance of retaining him.

How do you know we have money under the cap?
How do you know the extent of our incoming players and also contract upgrades.
We have bigger issues to resolve than in the halves and that isn’t a priority let alone chucking a fortune at a half who clearly has ambitions to play in the NRL.
Our halves are settled and sorted for next year.
We have Smith, Cust and Field.
The French situation will dictate if we need to strengthen in the halves or outside backs with back up players. Читать дальше...
Hold the phone I just checked and the One Club event is in the ‘Silver Lounge’. Now I’m confused. I’d heard of the Gold Lounge; who hasn’t, but the Silver Lounge! Crikey it’s all getting complicated. It sounds like an inferior version of the Gold Lounge. Is it like the Gold Lounge but doesn’t have its own bar but in some way is different to general population? What a life. Quite possibly dozens of hard core fans storming the barricades of the GL to find nothing going on. Anyone got any insights?

It's not great.
It's funny as the NRL is being questioned due to the bottom 8 sides not competing but those bottom 8 sides are way ahead of SL.
The top NRL sides are playing a different sport to what we see in super league. The standard has dropped massively and year on year seems to get worse.
I've never not watched so many games in a season but i get my fix watching NRL and watching SL after is a difficult watch.
I'm really not sure... Читать дальше...

Just noticed via a targeted ad on social media that rugby union have "premiership rugby TV" £6.99 to watch all 3 games that aren't on BT sport this weekend. We need to negotiate something similar for our next TV deal...either every game is on sky/bt or the rest are available via streaming
